Every Orafino piece is custom made exclusively 
for you. We do not hold stock or mass produce 
any items.

Because of this, we do not accept returns. 
However, we go further than any other jeweller 
to make sure you are 100% happy before we 
even begin making your piece.

HERE IS HOW WE PROTECT YOU:

✦ DESIGN APPROVAL
You approve every detail of your design 
before production begins. Nothing starts 
without your confirmation.

✦ DIAMOND SELECTION
You personally select your diamond with 
our guidance via WhatsApp or video call.

✦ PRODUCTION UPDATES
We keep you updated throughout the 
crafting process.

✦ FINAL VIDEO CALL
Before we ship, we show you the finished 
piece on a video call. You see exactly 
what you are getting before it leaves us.

✦ QUALITY GUARANTEE
If there is any manufacturing defect, 
we will remake or repair your piece 
at no charge.

CANCELLATIONS
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours 
of payment confirmation for a full refund. 
After 24 hours, production begins and 
cancellations cannot be accepted.

LOST OR DAMAGED IN SHIPPING
All pieces are fully insured during 
shipping. If your piece is lost or 
damaged in transit, we will replace 
it at no cost to you.
